Item Claim Guidelines
Documents Required to Claim Items/Articles
If your lost item/article is identified on the search page and you wish to claim it, please provide:
- Copy of boarding pass
- Details/description of the item
- Valid Government photo ID of the owner
In case of an authorized claimant (if the owner is unavailable or outside India):
- Valid Government photo ID of the owner
- Valid Government photo ID of the authorized person
- Copy of boarding pass
- Authorization letter from the owner including item details, proof of ownership, and reason for not claiming in person.
