Terminal 1: Kerbside and Arrivals: situated next Gate No. 13 (staff entry/exit gate)

Terminal 2: Arrivals level, behind Airport Shuttle drop-off & pick-up points - P16 / P17
Any queries or claims submitted to the lost & found section will be attended to, within a period of 3 business days.

Every lost & found item/article shall have to be necessarily routed through CISF for the purposes of security screening. The lost & found section shall receive the lost item/article from a finder only if the same has been security screened. The lost & found section does not deal with Security Restricted Articles as the same is governed by the rules & regulations prescribed by BCAS.
