On this page, you’ll find all items that have been handed in to the ilévia Lost and Found Office.
When an item is found, it is photographed and registered in this database within 72 hours. This allows you to check online, anytime and from anywhere, whether your lost item has been found and is ready for collection.
If your item does not appear after a few days, unfortunately it means it has not yet been found.
Opening hours and office location
- Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Location: Basement level (metro level), next to the ilévia agency, exit Place des Buisses
- Doorbell: Located to the left of the entrance
