Black wallet
I found this around 21:45 on 4th December in the middle of Potgieterlaan street. It has no cash, a few receipts and multiple cards inside - two student cards from Delft University of Technology and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, one museum card, one Delfts Bleau climbing card and two debit cards - one from ABN Amro and one from Robobank. From the cards I can see the owner's name is Charlotte Groenendijk (C. C. M. Groenendijk).
