Lost something on a bus or tram?

Check right away to see if your item has been found. We're doing everything we can to help you recover your belongings.

In three simple steps, you can see if HTM has found your lost item.

Is your lost item listed? Click the "this item is mine" button to claim it.
By answering a few verification questions, we can make sure it belongs to you.
After paying an administration fee of €4.50, the item will be delivered to any address within the Netherlands. For international delivery, additional shipping costs will apply.

Please note that collecting the item in person is not an option.

If your item is not listed after two days, unfortunately, we have not found it.

HTM is not liable for any lost items on the bus or tram. Currently, lost items are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

If you lost something after 12 p.m. on Friday, over the weekend, or before 12 p.m. on Monday, the found items will be posted on the website after 6 p.m. on Monday.
If you lost something after 12 p.m. on Monday, on Tuesday, or before 12 p.m. on Wednesday, found items will be posted on the website after 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
If you lost something after 12 p.m. on Wednesday, on Thursday, or before 12 p.m. on Friday, found items will be posted on the website after 6 p.m. on Friday.
