Collecting, sorting, and registering found items can take a few days. Is your item not listed yet? Please check back regularly over the next few days, as new found items are added continuously.
Good to know:
- Not every lost item is found or handed in immediately. If your item is not listed, it may not have been found or registered yet.
- When submitting a claim, provide as many specific details as possible. This helps the staff verify that the item really belongs to you.
- RRReis staff review and respond to incoming claims. iLost has no influence on the processing time and cannot speed up this process. We therefore kindly ask for your patience.
