Blue suitcase on wheels with white dots on it

I walked near the Trainstation and I saw this big bag on the Sidewalk. I asked the neighbors if it was theirs, but they wanted me to take it away. There was nothing inside the bag except an apple airtag and some toiletries. Please send me the airtag's serial number or activate its lost mode so we can connect?
