Persoonlijke OV-Chipkaart ''Dring''

Tijdens het wandelen vond ik op de grond een persoonlijke OV-Chipkaart met achternaam ''Dring''. Persoon leek niet in de buurt te zijn. De kaart lag bij een zebrapad naast bushalte Solebaystraat in Amsterdam. Dit gebeurde rond 13:00 op 03 Februari 2025
