Elektrische fiets (merk = Villette)

Gevonden in Arnhem in de buurt van de Nelson Mandela brug. De fiets kan alleen worden opgehaald als de eigenaar de sleutel heeft van het ring slot (welke is opengebroken), het kettingslot en het slot van de accu!
