Purse in Utrecht Oog in Al

Found this bag on the floor on a sidewalk around Ravellaan 82. It contains the passport of an Ukranian woman and other items. will take it to the Gemeende if nobody claims it within a week (listing all objects inside the bag and providing a proof of identity).
