What about my TCL card?
If your card is found, the TCL Boutique agents will contact you using the contact information you provided when you registered. If they don't have a phone number, they will send you an e-mail as soon as they receive the card, usually within the week following its loss (check your spam folder just in case!).
Please note that unclaimed cards are destroyed after 3 months, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
