Important information

Lost & Found procedures may vary depending on the airport, airline and location where an item was lost. DHS Ground Handling only manages items that have been handed in to and registered by DHS Ground Handling.

If you cannot find your item on this page, we recommend also checking the official Lost & Found information provided by the relevant airport or airline. Different procedures may apply to items lost on board an aircraft, in airport terminals, at security checkpoints or in other airport areas.

Good to know

• Not all lost items are found, handed in or registered immediately.
• If your item is not listed, it has not yet been registered in the DHS Ground Handling Lost & Found system.
• When submitting a claim, provide as many identifying details as possible to help us verify that you are the rightful owner.
• After submitting your claim, you will receive a confirmation email. Please verify your email address using the link in this email. Your claim will only be processed once your email address has been confirmed.
